My name is Malin Sahlén, a contemporary Swedish artist born in 1992, based on Kvarnholmen — a peaceful peninsula surrounded by water just outside central Stockholm, where I also have my studio.

Drawing deep inspiration from nature and the energy of the universe, I intuitively create abstract oil paintings that explore light, movement, and emotional depth.

Oil paints are my chosen medium, allowing me to build rich textures, subtle layers, and vibrant color harmonies that bring each piece to life.
My work is a reflection of my inner landscapes — an unfolding dialogue between the seen and unseen, the earthly and the cosmic.
